Generations Mission Association launched a new social outreach ministry project organized in Ukraine’s second-largest city, Kharkiv. Kharkiv has recently been under constant bombardment. Despite the danger, some churches continue to serve in this frontline location.
Two years into the war, Generations Mission Association continues to support churches throughout Ukraine in their ministry to the needy, in relief efforts, and witness to Jesus through word and deed. Since the beginning of the war, this network of churches has provided evacuation, shelter, food, emotional support, and spiritual hope. They support through pastoral training, church planting, and social outreach ministry projects, like this one in Kharkiv, by providing food packages and other resources that churches need to minister to people.
Generations Mission Association says that pastors in Kharkiv especially need help now because they have a shortage of material resources and ministry leaders, as many pastors have left the city.
“Thank you to all who are a part of our ministry,” says the Generations Mission Association team, “because today, we can fully support the development of new churches through training and material resources.”
Summit Missions International partners with the Generations Mission Association through funding, sponsorship of church planters, and providing speakers, resources, and equipment for training conferences and workshops.
Through your support of Summit Missions International, resources are provided to the Generations Mission Association to help churches minister to the needy and provide practical help and spiritual hope to the people of Ukraine during this time of great need.
