Our Work

Practical Help. Spiritual Hope. Eternal Impact.

Physical and spiritual poverty exists in Eastern Europe.

Countless families in Eastern Europe live in physical and spiritual poverty, struggling to provide the necessities of life for their loved ones. Few can escape their circumstances remaining trapped in a cycle of poverty which often leads to hopelessness.

Two ways we share the Gospel

1) Through the spoken Word of God about the saving work of Jesus

2) By offering practical, physical aid that meets the most basic needs

Through our national partners, we walk alongside families in Eastern Europe, providing practical help while sharing the spiritual hope found in a relationship with Jesus.

In some regions where we work, less than 2% of the population are Evangelical Christians. Few have heard of Jesus or read the Bible for themselves. We believe the Gospel is the greatest need of all people.

The Eternal Impact

A strong commitment to evangelism is at the core of our mission. As we offer practical help, we share the Gospel and invite people to know Christ by discipling believers, training them for leadership within the church, and helping to plant churches that share the Good News of Jesus in their communities.

Impact Stories - Ukraine Response - Church Without Walls

Package of Hope

My name is Vladimir. My family came from Ukraine as refugees. When the war in Ukraine began, we moved to Transnistria because our friends were here. For the past two years, we have lived in Tiraspol, Transnistria. Starting life in a new place is difficult. All we had was a few suitcases with essentials. Our apartment in Kherson, Ukraine, was destroyed after we left. It is possible that if we stayed in Kherson and did not come to Transnistria, our family would be dead. After moving to Tiraspol, my wife began...read more

The Church: A Place of Help and Hope

Snizhana is 15 years old. Her home was destroyed by war in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. She was in the room beside where the damage happened and miraculously survived. Volunteers from our church (part of the Generations Missions Association Church Network) helped her family move to Pokrovsk, Ukraine. She came to our church all the time and even helped at our day center at that time. When the frontline of the war reached Pokrovsk in the summer of 2024, our volunteers from the church evacuated Snizhana to...read more

Greeted as a Friend

My name is Stas, and I want to say "thank you" for the gift. We were given an electric fireplace, an unexpected gift for my family. During the energy crisis, my friends told me that a church [Church Without Walls] was providing help, and at first, I didn't believe it could be true.  These days, everyone thinks about themselves. People were thinking about survival because it's difficult for everyone right now. With the energy crisis, every person in Transnistria is experiencing a shortage of...read more
